SERVICE means the Daily Wallpaper app, extensions and website developed by UME and published through Google’s Google Play, Google’s Chrome Store and Apple’s AppStore. FUNCTION means any functions or features provide through Service to its User.

PERSONAL DATA means data about a living individual who can be identified from those data (or from those and other information either in our possession or likely to come into our possession)

USAGE DATA is data collected automatically either generated by the use of Service or from Service infrastructure itself.

These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movements around the website and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis. These technologies help us better understand users' behavior, tell us which parts of our websites people have visited, as well as facilitate and measure the effectiveness of advertisements and web searches.

CalOPPA require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law’s reach stretches well beyond California to require a person or company in the United States (and conceivable the world) that operates websites collecting personally identifiable information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals with whom it is being shared, and to comply with this policy.
